Insurance
We accept most traditional insurance plans, contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan.
Although we do not participate with all insurances, we will be happy to file your insurance claims for you.
We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist. Many plans have"out-of-network" benefits and you are able to chose your own dentist for a slightly reduced benefit.
If you have dental insurance, be sure to bring your insurance card, complete with group number, name of employer, and member ID and date of birth (if the member is someone other than yourself. ) This will save time and allow us to help you process any claims.
*IMPORTANT: A parent or guardian must accompany all patients under the age of 18 at the consultation visit.
